Pigman was made while I was teaching at Solihull. Modelled in clay and then, with a silicone rubber mould and a plaster support jacket, made into an edition of six. One made in plaster is occasionally on show at the Herbert Art Gallery in Coventry. Three of the resin casts were sold through Nicholas Treadwell and were displayed in Harrods window under the title “Oh what pigs men are”. Not my idea.
